An outstanding dining experience at Jaleo. The tapas selection was incredibly diverse and thoughtfully curated, with every dish packed with authentic Spanish flavor. The seafood was especially fresh and beautifully prepared, showcasing the quality and care behind each plate. Beyond the food, the atmosphere was vibrant, energetic, and truly transportive — the kind of place where you want to linger and order just one more round. Combined with attentive service and a fantastic vibe, Jaleo delivers a memorable dining experience from start to finish. Highly recommend for anyone looking for exceptional Spanish cuisine in Vegas.

Outstanding experience perfectly captures the level of service we received. The food was exceptional, and our waitress, Nick (Nochilas L.)—who stepped in almost at the end to assist us—demonstrated truly exemplary professionalism. The restaurant itself is beautifully maintained, but Nick’s commitment to outstanding customer service made the greatest impression. It is evident when someone takes pride in their work and consistently strives for excellence. We were delighted to celebrate our honeymoon here!

Came in for sangria hour and stayed for probably two hours! We sat at the bar and our bartender was named Alex and he was very knowledgeable about the food and drinks. The food is fantastic, even got to try a little jamón. Really liked the margarita that they have special for happy hour. Found out that they import their bread from Barcelona and it’s the real deal! Definitely going back.

We stopped by for happy hour. Everything was delicious! Both the cava sangria and sangria tinto were amazing. The patatas bravas, endibias, and gazpacho were all so tasty. Our bartender was kind and attentive. Loved this place. By far the best value for my money in all of Vegas. I will definitely be back. Well done, chef José Andres!!

This restaurant is spectacular! It’s a must go to when in Vegas. Not being bias that part of me is Spaniard but the flavours are outstanding. Had the paella con gambas, jamón serrano and manchego even the marcona Spanish almonds were delicious. The basque style goat cheesecake is a must. Also the best gin and tonics in Vegas are at Jaleo. Looking forward to coming back when we’re in Vegas again 😊
