An unforgettable dining experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely exceptional, every dish was beautifully presented, perfectly cooked, and full of incredible flavor. The cocktails were equally impressive, expertly crafted and perfectly balanced. The service was flawless: attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming without ever feeling intrusive. The atmosphere is classic, elegant, and sophisticated, making it perfect for a special occasion or a memorable night out. The view overlooking the Bellagio Fountains is simply breathtaking and elevates the entire experience to another level. Without a doubt, one of the finest steakhouses in Las Vegas. If you're looking for outstanding food, impeccable service, amazing drinks, and a timeless, chic ambiance, Prime delivers on every level.
We went for our 10th anniversary and it was both of our first times here. We had asked on reservations for a seat with a view, upon entering, we didn't get one. It crushed me so much I wanted to leave. It was the entire reason we booked here. So, we decided to ask if we could switch seats. They said it could be up to another 30 minute wait. Perfectly fine with that. It only ended up being about 10 minutes and boy was it worth it! We were seated right by the window. Food: amazing. The bread and smoked bacon were good enough to fill yourself on. Our actual entrée's were even better. Staff: phenomenonal. Very friendly, attentive, funny. The one thing I was surprised at was the dress code. We really dressed up as we read the website, but there were a lot of men in there just wearing t-shirts or maybe a collered shirt but no jacket or tie. If you're on the edge about going, definitely go!
Reserved a table on the patio for our anniversary. People have complained about the price in other reviews but the quality and location and atmosphere are worth the price tag imo. If you’re wanting a view of the Bellagio fountains, this is the best place. Food was incredible. Hosts were extremely attentive.
We celebrated my birthday at Prime and had an exceptional dining experience from beginning to end. Although my husband was unable to reserve patio seating in advance, the staff kindly accommodated us upon arrival. The patio does require a minimum spend of $175 per person (children excluded), but at Prime, that is very easy to achieve. The patio experience is absolutely worth it, offering breathtaking views of the magnificent fountain show. Throughout the evening, we were attended to by several servers, all of whom were warm, professional, and highly attentive. The food was exquisite, particularly the Wagyu, which was perfectly prepared and incredibly flavourful. My husband and sons ordered the filet mignon, and each steak was cooked to perfection and equally delicious. I highly recommend Prime to anyone seeking outstanding food, exceptional service, and unforgettable views.
I visit Las Vegas every year, and for our 5th anniversary, we wanted to celebrate with a dinner that felt truly special. PRIME Steakhouse at Bellagio turned out to be an exceptional choice and gave us an evening that we will remember for years to come. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt distinctly different from a typical Las Vegas restaurant. It was elegant, sophisticated, intimate, and wonderfully quiet. There was a sense of refinement throughout the dining room that made the evening feel genuinely special without ever feeling overly formal or pretentious. For an anniversary celebration, the ambiance was exactly what we were looking for. The Bellagio Fountain view was another highlight. Being able to enjoy an elegant dinner while watching the fountains created an unforgettable setting. It brought together the excitement of Las Vegas with the intimacy of a fine-dining experience, and it truly elevated the evening. Our meal was equally memorable. We enjoyed caviar, lobster, steak, and dessert, and each course contributed to a beautifully paced dinner. I also ordered a Champagne recommended by our server. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the name, but it was an excellent recommendation and something I thoroughly enjoyed. The service was one of the strongest parts of our experience. Our server was knowledgeable, attentive, gracious, and highly professional. The timing was excellent, and we never felt rushed or overlooked. That balance of attentive hospitality while still giving us privacy is exactly what I expect from a true fine-dining restaurant. I also appreciated the in-house photography service. The photographers captured some beautiful photographs of us during our anniversary dinner, and we decided to purchase copies to keep as memories of our 5th anniversary. Those photographs made the evening even more meaningful because we now have something tangible to remember the celebration by. Considering the quality of the food, level of hospitality, elegant environment, fountain view, and the overall experience, I felt the price was reasonable for a special-occasion dinner of this caliber. For me, PRIME is much more than a steakhouse. It is an experience where exceptional hospitality, beautiful surroundings, fine food, and meaningful occasions come together. Our 5th anniversary dinner was elegant, peaceful, romantic, and genuinely memorable. If you are visiting Las Vegas and looking for a sophisticated fine-dining experience for an anniversary, milestone, or romantic celebration, PRIME Steakhouse at Bellagio is a place I would gladly recommend. ★★★★★ A beautiful evening, exceptional service, an unforgettable fountain view, and memories we will carry with us for years to come.
