My son and I went on the 9am tour today.. with Ryan, Zander .. and another gentleman that I can remember his name.. and we had an excellent time .. everyone was accommodating and patient.. and the ride was great for the price point. The scenes and experience as a whole was great. The two guys that picked us up from the hotel on the strip were super nice as well and it was very convenient to not have to worry about transportation.. 10/10.. would recommend if you are in Vegas.. and want to see and experience the other aspects of Vegas outside of the large buildings.. gambling.. ect. My son is 17 .. and had an amazing time also.
This actually wasn’t a bad experience at all. Our tour guide was Harry and he was hilarious. They do not let you freestyle (unless you’re sitting in the back of the atv tour) you can’t exceed 15 mph on the atv) It’s better to get the Groupon deal for $80. You must pay an additional $45 for equipment rental and sign the waiver before going on the atv. They supply water and pedialyte popsicles after your atv experience. I enjoyed my experience…
I booked this for my husband and I to have some fun in Vegas. We booked for 12pm but didn’t leave the pick up point until like 1pm. We got to the desert and started everything around 1:40pm. They orient you and do a test drive before actually going into the desert. Sadly, I got kicked off . It’s crazy I’m giving them a 4 star rating lol cos I was kicked off but I’m glad I was able to ride for a little bit before they kicked me off. The only reason I’m not giving them 5 stars is because someone else that wasn’t my instructor kept coming to me saying “are you okay” “I don’t think you can make it” meanwhile it’s only been like 5-10mins of practice and it’s my first time. I had slight issues with my turns and I got kicked off. Our instructor/tour guide was Elyjah and he was so nice. He told us about some places during the drive down to the desert which was very informative. I would say ask for ELYJAH. I just wish they would have given me more time to get a hang of the ATV or give me half of my money back. They returned after like 30 mins but I’m glad I got a little bit of experience and I took pictures. 😝 So to some extent, I got my money’s worth.
Booked the beginner Nellis Dunes ATV tour and was removed after the practice loop for being “too slow,” even after I offered to ride at the back at a safe pace. We’d already been delayed by late arrivals/equipment. On the way back, the driver said we were 10 minutes behind schedule and then drove ~80 mph in a 65 mph zone. That’s not “customer care”—that’s unsafe. Also, the ride is advertised as 60 minutes, but someone in my group got ~40 minutes total. What was sold wasn’t delivered. If you’re truly a beginner or care about safety, I’d look elsewhere.
Damien went above and beyond from start to finish. Thank you for a great day. Would highly recommend!
