Area for entry is still being built/ revamped. So entry is in the main resort into mall to gain access to dayclub. Nice view and patio area. 2 floors for chairs and views. However can be saved only vip, limiting access and area to watch. Does have food but limited to what is offered. Overall great area to relax and vibe in back if looking to relax. Music is great in center and up top. Sides have speakers but not as surround sound as up front and center. Pool area is good and clean and has option to relax farther back if trying to not overload on music. Multiple bars, back bars have better faster service. The bathroom are great but can be cramped since its funnel for both entry of female and male. Free towel and shower are so no need to worry.
Ayu Dayclub is conveniently located within Resorts World, which made it an easy choice since I was already staying at the hotel. I came to see Kaskade, and for a headliner DJ, the ticket prices were actually pretty reasonable. That said, the drink prices were wild — $30 for a standard drink and $70 for a specialty drink that came with a reusable cup felt excessive. The venue itself isn’t massive, but that actually added to the experience. It’s more intimate, which made the vibe really fun and energetic. Despite the steep drink prices, I had an amazing time! Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and kind. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future.
Went a couple weeks back to check out Zedd during the day. WOW what an amazing time! One of the coolest experiences of my life. Drinks pretty outrageously priced but I expected that. Other than that, amazing stage and sound. Was packed but not too uncomfortable. Water the perfect temperature for a 110 degree day! Sucks it looks like they don’t allow night time swimming. Definitely check a day time show here if you can! Epic pool party with lots of chill folks from all over the globe.
It’s gross. I know they want you to get a cabana or a table but for the majority of us THERE IS NO WHERE TO PUT YOUR THINGS. Are you supposed to go in without shoes and a shirt? Or the required ID? Bartenders were all rude. They ran out of margaritas by 1. Asked for a cup of water with our cocktails and got a third of a cup of hot water.
I think it’s a good pool party. It’s setup for more of an excellent experience for people who get a daybed/table. More of a 3.5 out of 5 spot to me. For just general admission, just expect a day of standing or hopefully finding a pool spot that doesn’t block a table. I’m basing these thoughts as an Encore Beach Club lover. I’d say this spot is right below an EBC & Wet Republic, still a great venue but the setup isn’t walking friendly either like EBC. Also I ordered tickets to see Tiesto & they didn’t even announce that he cancelled last minute because of a birth of his baby. So we waited and only found out after someone saw that tiesto posted on his social media. We waited all that time to see him and paid premium prices for tickets & they didn’t deliver.
