Overall, Caesar's Palace Garden of the Gods Pool area looks impressive, especially the Temple Pool. We elected to reserve an all-day canopy bed at the adult-only Venus Pool. Sadly, we and the other guests were shocked to find debris in the pool and cloudy/seemingly dirty water when the Venus Pool opened at 9:00 AM on July 24th. We were among the first six people that were escorted into the Venus Pool when it first opened that morning. After enjoying two other resort pools (Planet Hollywood & Paris) on previous days ... which were clean and well maintained ... we were shocked that a Caesar's Palace pool would not be thoroughly inspected and cleaned prior to opening in the morning. Let me be clear ... all the staff we encountered were awesome: KJ (attendant), Maria and Linda (pool-side servers) were friendly, professional and attentive. When we highlighted our concern to KJ, he submitted a work order ticket, but nothing was done before we left the pool at 3:00 PM. Having said that, again, you would expect better from Caesar's Palace BEFORE the pool was even opened that morning.
We rented a Canopy Bed on Saturday 6/27 and had a really great time by the Venus 21+ pool. Eric with the Cabana Concierge was so patient and friendly. We truly appreciated his customer service, hospitality, and suggestions as we were a bit overwhelmed our first time to Las Vegas in awhile. We ordered drinks and snacks which were great, as well as Tortas later in the afternoon. Maria was our server and she was fantastic!! She was delivering SO much food and drinks all over the pools that day that we really hope she is recognized as well as Eric for their amazing job making us feel welcome, safe, and taken care of.
Went late in the pool season (M Oct. 5th). No cover, complimentary towel (you can get 2 if you ask) but had to take off 1 star because in the AM hours there's just too much shade from the surrounding buildings and I was there to work on my tan. Also, I didn't see any drinking water fountains like you easily find at other pools.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Mythical Poolside Escape – Garden of the Gods Pool Oasis If you love Greek mythology vibes, luxury, and a little divine poolside play with the gods—this is the spot. The Garden of the Gods Pool Oasis at Caesars Palace is hands down one of the most beautiful, serene pool areas in Vegas. It’s high-end, elegant, and best of all—you’re not surrounded by the usual wild party crowd. The elevated pricing naturally filters out the chaos and keeps the atmosphere chill and classy. The main pool features four stunning fountains pouring into the water, keeping it circulating so it’s always clean and fresh. No murky water, no funky stuff floating around—just crystal-clear, refreshing bliss. Want to gamble without leaving your swimsuit? There are blackjack tables right by the pool (starting at $50 a hand, with a $100 buy-in table too). As long as you’re playing, your drinks are free. No complaints there. We didn’t pay an entry fee, and from what I understand, if you’re staying at Paris, Horseshoe, or Flamingo, you get access to this amazing pool area because they’re all Caesars properties. We were staying at Paris and had no issues getting in. The gardens and landscaping around the pool are gorgeous—truly next-level aesthetic. It felt like a mini Grecian escape in the middle of Vegas. Highly recommend if you want something beautiful, elevated, and relaxing. Don’t miss it.
The thing that made this place so great was the attentive service from the staff. We were greeted and introduced to the people that would be helping us for the day. Josh & Saidy were both phenomenal during the entire time we were there. We were there for a while too. I kept drinking the alcohol drink and it made my feel better. Both physically and about myself. I love alcohol so much.
