Play Playground was very underwhelming and felt like a major waste of money for adults. Each person was required to purchase their own card, and the cards had gamer names on them, making it difficult to tell whose card actually belonged to whom. The minimum purchase was $100. While some games were free, many required credits to play. The business advertises that it is strictly 21+ after 7 p.m., but when we visited around 9 p.m., the venue was packed with what appeared to be high school students, possibly attending a prom event. There were barely any adults, which significantly affected the atmosphere. We also expected the slide to take you directly down into the main room, but instead, you have to climb a staircase to access it. We were expecting multiple rooms and a more immersive experience, but the venue was essentially one large room that felt similar to a Dave & Buster’s, with many underwhelming games. The only game we genuinely enjoyed was the swinging poker chips game, which we played three times. We tried a couple of other games and walked around the floor, but we left shortly afterward. The drinks were also overly sugary and not enjoyable. Overall, Play Playground may be fun for middle schoolers or younger guests, but it missed the mark as an adult entertainment experience. For the price, we expected much more.

Play Playground is a fantastic place for family fun while in Las Vegas. This location is located in the Luxor Hotel. It takes about 2 to 3 hours to use up all of your tickets on your pass. 1 adult pass cost $43.00. There are many games which don’t require tickets so this can add to your fun. This place offers food and drinks as well as alcoholic beverages. There is also a small gift shop offering stickers, hats, shirts and water bottles. Great games for families to play together or against each other. Well worth the time and money.

Came out to Vegas to celebrate my bro’s 30th birthday, and with all the construction turning the Strip into a maze, I was already frustrated by the time I got to Play Playground at the Luxor. But Omari at the entrance completely changed the energy — he helped me check in, explained the layout, and brought a calm presence to a stressful moment without even knowing it. Then Malachi made sure once I got inside, I truly enjoyed myself. The games are fun, but the customer service is even better!

My wife and I had an incredible time at Play Playground, and it was honestly the staff that made the whole experience next level. Jess was an absolute rockstar. Her vibe was awesome and made sure we were having fun from start to finish. She had a way of making the atmosphere feel personal and exciting, which really turned a fun night into a memorable one. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Tiffany, Chris, and Taylor. They were all fantastic and on top of their game. It is rare to find a place where every person you interact with is genuinely helpful and genuinely looks like they want to be there. If you are looking for a spot with great vibes and a team that actually cares about your experience, this is it. We will definitely be back. Thanks again to Jess and the rest of the crew for such a great time!
