Had such an amazing experience at TAO Beach! The atmosphere, music, food, and overall vibe were incredible, but what really made our experience special was Micaa and Danielle and our attendant john. They were absolutely amazing so friendly, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. Her energy and service really stood out and made the day even more enjoyable. Definitely one of the best experiences we’ve had, and we’ll absolutely be coming back! Highly recommend TAO Beach, especially if you get the chance to have Micaa, Danielle and John take care of you! 🥂
Our experience was one of the most amazing all thanks to Meka and Cardale!! The 2 of them went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time and made the most amazing memories! It wouldn’t have been the same without them! We will be back to Tao Beach Club not only for the shows but to see Meka and Cardale again! Thank you so much!!
Average to long waits to get in. Go early if you have a promoters guest pass, if not they charge you after like 2pm. Way too packed to even sit or find a space in the pool or shaded area. Great Dj. Extremely expensive drinks. Must wear swimsuit if not they turn you away. No flasks or metal containers allowed to stay hydrated. Their is free iced cups at the bar and water fountains. Not sure if the pool party is worth the hype but it was an experience for sure.
If you're a real one this isn't for you. The crowd doesn't listen to electronuc music and can't dance. Small margarita is $60. Seats are $500. I wanted to see Tiesto and got in for free but wouldn't go back. I wish one club in Vegas would be for real ones. Downtown like discopussy is your best bet. The dj before Tiesto played latin house while Tiesto is a trance dj. Tiesto somehow got offbeat so im guessing hes mailing it in. I've never seen that combo latin to trance before but im guessing it's because those are the only people who know how to dance in that crowd. They act like it's exclusive but they are giving away tix left and right. Killing club culture.
Horrible customer service. If I could put 0 stars I would. My first time visiting Vegas with my friends and was excited to experience the day club. It publicly states online that they close at 6 pm. We arrived around 3:00pm on March 26th. We bought drinks that totaled together $150 and they were not appealing. Around 5 pm one of the lifeguards rudely blows his whistle at my group repeatedly until we get out of the pool while we were filming content to promote the club for social media. We were unable to complete the video and were rushed to the exit. Before leaving we wanted to use the restroom but one male employee told us no and then would go into the women’s restroom with multiple undressed women already inside which I found unacceptable. Him as well as another male employee then rushed us to the exit again, and once we gathered our belongings and headed to the elevator he rudely signaled his hands as if telling us to go down the escalator to leave the establishment not even considering the club was not officially closed but mentioned him and some of his coworkers had “another party to attend” which is why we had to leave. Overall, the environment and customer service is horrible, and I honestly felt we tried our best to still have a good time after paying all this money to try a new experience but half of the employees seemed like they could care less and wanted to just close early to go on to what they had planned after closing their shift. I will tell others about this terrible experience and wish that there was a way to contact corporate, because half of those employees on shift, should not be working there providing that type of customer service.
