Room was clean and had all we needed. This room was the first room in all the times I've stayed in Vegas that had the right firmness to the mattress and wasn't too hard. Most other rooms I've used the mattress felt like a board. I loved that the room key was a parking pass to all MGM casinos. This was so helpful throughout our entire trip. Check-in and out were very easy. There were great food places all throughout.
We had an easy check in. If we asked for help or directions everyone was happy to assist. Walking into our room we were happy. Our room was clean and comfortable. We found good spots to eat. And the stores we wanted to visit and the concert we went to see was walking distance. Not much of a gambler so can't comment on the casino. We enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again.
Don't believe the pretentious social media influencers. This place is great. Everyone and I mean everyone with the exception of one person in a ten day stay was amazing to be around. Heck even the supposed to be surly out bosses were polite to people and great with their employees. I've been in the people business all my life and if everyone would learn to treat their guests and customers the way these folks here do Las Vegas would be getting the dying reputation it is. Now MGM the parent company get an online reputation for not caring about the middle class travelers as they don't make as much money off them. But I've stayed at all strip properties with the exception of 4 all downtown but 3 and The Excalibur on this trip did lots to impress and left us feeling like we were important to them. We met and talked with people from the clean up folks to the casino manager and all people in between. Just to let everyone know, I'm no influencer I do usually only post positive and very few times have I posted bad. I just grew up being taught if you don't have anything good to say don't say anything. I will add I'm approaching trip number 70 over the years to Las Vegas and my wife has been dozen times. Next trip we may stay stay someplace different if we are staying downtown or maybe mid strip for convenience but as just an average middle class retired travelers the Excalibur will be one of our top considerations in the future. Thanks folks for making this a great trip for us.
I'm a logo and came here for a family reunion that my brother booked and I had always heard negative things about Excalibur and I was absolutely blown away the customer service. How clean the rooms were. The bed was absolutely comfortable. We went to the tiki bar. The drinks were amazing. They have a great happy hour. We enjoyed the fun time at Dick's bar and I loved how convenient it was to go see the Blue Man group at Luxor. Didn't even have to step out one to go from one casino to another. But we also rented out cabanas and did a a whole plethora of food and drinks and our servers were on point at all times. Definitely booking this again next year for our next family reunion
Hotel is in a great location with clean rooms. Self parking was a bit of a hassle as there is no registration parking. Finding a decent parking spot during major events can be frustrating as the garage is open to event parking for an elevated price. Recommend purchasing the in/out parking pass as cheapest option during stay. Food hall had a lot of options however service is very slow after midnight. The margaritas were a big hit and the nightly dj was top tier as well. A lot of friendly people and staff. Wish more employees were on site to assist with the box office, peak hours had very lengthy wait times. Overall great stay! Love its location & proximity to the strip. Will stay again in future if an option
