Very disappointing, booked 4 nights, paid extra for district 3 city view. We got a view of concrete and sunbed on neighbours patio. Horrendous. There were 4 people on their sunbeds all day 1 meter from the room window, had to keep curtain closed all day. Window was floor to ceiling, only one window. Room was old and people had smoked in there. Bathroom very old, shower had loose tile and the seals were black. Something weird on the floor, probably old seal or grout. Asked to move when we arrived, said not possible, can’t guarantee any rooms, but they charge more for choosing areas and views. Tried twice and both people just said can’t help, you need to go we have others to serve, next. Ridiculous. Only stayed 1 night. It is close to the strip, and main area, the coffee was good but wouldn’t recommend and certainly won’t be back. Room 2159. Room not cleaned every day. Even with all the above they still wanted 40 dollars to clean room each day.
Im not sure why I read so many bad reviews on this location. Everything I experienced was great here! From checking in to food to our room. There was A LOT of construction around the hotel (Hardrock hotel being built) but I liked that it wasnt right on the busiest section of strip, but if we needed to be on it, it was in walking distance. Overall loved that this was the type of hotel that was perfect for us....the in-between of not dumpy but not high-end that it felt uncomfortable.
Not a four star hotel/resort. No in the room (no coffee maker, no mini bar, no snack bar). Zero water pressure. The registration desk is a long walk from the garage with no luggage carts. The towels are very cheap. The toilet paper is very cheap. No Extra pillows on the beds. Two pillows only per queen bed. We paid for the 2 queen room so it was a slight upcharge. Late check out is 15 if you do it ahead of time, $20 the day of. Handset for the phone didn't works. Guest services was not helpful. This is a fresh coat of paint and flooring remodel. It is a good location and the rooms where clean. 2 star at best. Stay somewhere else
Came here on a work trip . The big boss paid for the room. The rooms are so nice and comfortable really love the layout. Only issue I had was that I thought there would be fresh towels after using them. Room service doesn’t seem to come until you check out I assume ? I get it it’s a big hotel lots of rooms I don’t expect them to make the bed or deep clean just picking up the dirty towels and restocking with fresh ones would’ve been nice. Location of this hotel is great . Would stay here again if I come back with family and friends.
We stayed here for our first time in Vegas and didn’t have any complaints. Check in was quick and straightforward and finding our room was easy. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Absolutely brilliant location, straight opposite the bus stop to jump on the deuce for travelling up and down the strip. Great choice of places to get food whether it be fast or sit down and loads of places to grab a drink. Would happily stay again.
