I finally made it to Thunder From Down Under as an out-of-town visitor on 6/22/2026 for the 8:00 PM show. I went with my 72 year old mother and my youngest sister, who both now live in town. It was the first time for all three of us. For context, I went to Chippendales three times when I lived in Vegas from 2013 to 2016, so I naturally compared the two, though it has been about 10 years and I may need to check out Chippendales again at their new location for a fair update. Pros: * Fun, flirty teaser with just enough left to the imagination. Even my mom enjoyed it. * More genuine audience engagement than I expected. * Long table seating makes it easy for performers to move around and dance right in front of you. * A fun “Sin City” checklist experience to do at least once with your people. * Good intro experience for curious folks who want a light, playful version of a “strip club” vibe without going all the way there. * Almost a full hour of entertainment. * Come with an open mind and you’ll have more fun. * One dancer sang during the show and had a decent voice. * They allowed phone use for one section of the show, which was a fantastic bonus. It added a fun teaser moment toward the end of the hour. Cons: * Choreography was very limited, mostly basic moves compared to what I remember from Chippendales. Again, it has been 10 years for me, so I may need to revisit Chippendales next time for a more accurate comparison. * Think hard before agreeing to be a volunteer on stage. Also, do not let your friends nominate you unless you truly want to participate. You have been warned. Overall, Thunder From Down Under was a fun, cheeky, and memorable Vegas experience. Not necessarily the strongest dance production, but definitely entertaining enough for a one-time Sin City night out, especially with the right group.
Ahhhhh I just went tonight, I just want to say my favorite was the fireman scene. I didn’t hear his name, but he did amazing especially for his first time. Literally picked me up and laid me on stage. The host was to die for, and when I had to go talk about it in the group chat the host had to come ask if he wasn’t enough and rubbed my hands on him. I recommend it 10/10, my moms birthday is literally later this month and I already know where I’m going to take her.
Absolutely yes! Worth every penny. My bestie and I did a girls’ trip to Vegas this past weekend and had a blast at this show. Steamy, sexy, hilarious, and interactive. The guys were so much fun to watch and were all such gentlemen IRL, posing for pics and signing things after. A++ experience.
An amazing show! Went with my fiancé and our best friend for a little Bachelorette celebration and was pleasantly surprised that I was selected for an onstage competition as a wheelchair user. Deeply appreciate how kind all the men were and how fun the show was! Ryan was so kind to take me backstage up the ramp so I could participate in onstage stuff! Definitely a great show for a fun fun time!! An unforgettable way to celebrate! Also the cocktails are sooo good!! Highly recommend!
Must-watch show if you’re in Vegas, girls!! I went with my girl gang and it absolutely did not disappoint. Perfect vibe for bachelorettes or a fun night out—who wouldn’t enjoy watching hotties on stage? This show truly made my trip… an unforgettable evening…couldn’t have asked for more. Big thanks to the Thunder team!!
