The Wizard of Oz I didn’t know what to expect and my wife was excited beyond belief to be attending. I questioned the price for an ‘old movie’ Boy was I surprised!!!! Before, during and the after show This is truly a breathtaking reimagining of a timeless classic Watching The Wizard of Oz at the Las Vegas Sphere was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. This isn’t just watching a movie … it’s stepping into it. The Sphere’s incredible visuals, immersive sound, and sensory effects completely transform this beloved classic into a truly unforgettable experience. From the moment Dorothy is swept up in the tornado, you feel like you’re right there in Oz. Every scene is larger than life, with stunning detail that constantly leaves you looking in every direction. Yes there are the odd AI glitches but all in all you can allow yourself to be fully immersed in the story. Whether you’ve seen The Wizard of Oz once or a hundred times, this version gives you a whole new appreciation for the story. The technology enhances the magic without losing the heart of the original, making it feel both nostalgic and groundbreaking. If you’re visiting Las Vegas, this should be on your must-do list. The Sphere isn’t just a venue, it’s redefining what entertainment can be. We left smiling ear to ear … and I had a very happy wife.

Such an incredible, immersive experience. The Wizard of Oz felt truly magical. I highly recommend going to see it before they switch to the next movie! I will say I did feel it was a bit expensive. A ticket, fees, and parking ran me about $156 for a 90 minute movie.

The Sphere is such a cool experience! We saw The Wizard of Oz and a Kenny Chesney concert. Both were great! There is so much that adds to the normal event. Seats rumble, scents are added to the air, giant fans add a breeze and leaves to the air during Wizard of Oz. Any concert would be a blast at this venue. I was happy with the sound quality and the visuals that can be added behind the singer is astonishing. I sat in the 300 level for the movie and 200 level for the concert and was happy with both. The upper areas definitely get steep. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of staff in the Sphere to help guide people to where they needed to go. Walking through the Venetian to get to the The Sphere is a nice way to escape the heat rather than walking outside.

A True Technological Marvel & A Must Visit in Vegas! The Sphere is a true one-of-a-kind experience that is absolutely worth a visit. From the moment you see the building from the outside to when you walk into the main atrium, it is a visual spectacle and a memory for a lifetime. While the video playback can occasionally feel a little clunky depending on the content, the sheer scale and grandness of the venue make up for it. Photos and videos simply do not do it justice... witnessing the magic inside is the only way to fully appreciate the technological achievement. It is highly engaging, family-friendly, and great for kids. Seating Recommendations If you are deciding where to sit, sections 300 or 400 towards the middle offer the best vantage points: The 300 Section: Provides a much more intimate, wrap-around immersive view. The 400 Section: Offers a massive, high-perspective IMAX-style view. A Word of Caution: If you suffer from vertigo or have a severe fear of heights, exercise caution when navigating the seating area. The stairs inside the venue are extremely steep. They are entirely manageable if you take your time, and I hope you wouldn't let fear deter you from visiting this remarkable marvel, instead, it is something to be aware of before you arrive. I Highly recommended coming here for anyone visiting Las Vegas!

A must-visit when in Vegas, no matter what the show is. During our visit, it was Wizard of Oz. Backstreet Boys were there too but we weren’t feeling like going for a concert. The movie is about 90 minutes, starts off slow and then goes full blast with vibrant colours and effects such as wind and falling practicals to complement the show. The tornado scene was definitely my favourite!
